講座概要
This extension course (in English) introduces positive psychology - the study of what happy, healthy people do. These active learning workshops include mini-lectures on the Science of Happiness, interactive activities for sharing & developing communication skills, and reflection time to consider how to apply the ideas beyond the classroom. The aims and outcomes of the course are for participants to learn the principles of lifelong well-being and to take away practical tools for use in daily life with family and friends.

Participants applying should have a minimum of Eiken pre-2nd grade or TOEIC 400
or have a strong willigness to communicate with others in English (even with no official or recent test score).
Participants should also understand some group members may have higher or lower proficiency than them,
but that we can all learn together by supporting each other and trying our best. |
