Several Japanese students from Hiroshima Shudo University live in the iHouse and serve as Resident Assistants (RAs) who support international students. RAs help with daily consultations, assist with move-in orientations, explain dormitory rules, and provide initial support in emergencies. They also play a central role in planning welcome events and parties, participating in local community activities, and organizing various exchange events. Through these activities, RAs help international students adapt to life in Japan and promote mutual understanding.
